Voltage Conversion Panel
AT series voltage conversion panel uses a fuse-switch disconnector combination. Multiple fuse-switch disconnectors are mounted on an insulating or steel panel for circuit sectioning, isolation and voltage conversion in power equipment test systems. Clear on-off indication, easy manual operation, can be combined with LV/DC impedance, capacitive/active loads and adjustable reactors to build test load circuits.
Application
AT series voltage conversion panel is a manual operating panel used for circuit sectioning, electrical isolation and voltage level conversion in power equipment test stations. Through different combinations of multiple fuse-switch disconnectors, flexible wiring between test power supply, DUT and various loads is achieved. Main applications include:
- Circuit sectioning and isolation for transformer short-circuit, temperature rise and load loss tests
- Power connection conversion for MV/LV switchgear dynamic and thermal stability tests
- Wiring switching for generator, UPS, inverter and VFD tests
- DC-side circuit sectioning for rectifier units, battery banks and HVDC equipment
- Combination switching of LV/DC impedance, capacitive/active loads and adjustable reactors
- Isolation and conversion between different test circuits in multi-station labs
- Sectional power distribution for test lab internal busbars
Structural Features
- Fuse-switch combination: Each group consists of a fuse-switch disconnector (knife switch + fuse protection), providing both isolation and short-circuit protection
- Multi-group arrangement: Multiple switches arranged on panel, typically three-phase groups or multi-circuit layout with clear wiring
- Intuitive operation: Black insulated handle with clear on/off position for easy field operation
- Mounting panel structure: Switches fixed on insulating board or painted steel plate, compact and easy to install
- Sectional isolation: Electrical isolation between switch groups for building multiple independent test circuits
- Short-circuit protection: Fuses in each group quickly clear short-circuit faults in test circuits, protecting upstream power supply and DUT
- Flexible expansion: Number of switch groups customizable according to test circuit requirements
- Safe and reliable: Arc extinguishing grids, some models with transparent fuse covers for fuse status observation
Selection Guide
- LV test system (380V/400V): Choose 250A-630A fuse-switch groups with gG fuses
- High-current short-circuit test: Choose 1000A-1600A switch groups with aM fuses
- DC test circuit: Choose DC-rated fuse-switch, voltage selected per DC circuit
- Multi-circuit test station: Choose 12+ switch groups with three-phase grouping
- Lab wall mounting: Choose wall-mounted insulating panel to save space
- Outdoor or mobile test vehicle: Choose floor-standing steel frame with IP54
