Artificial Neutral Point & Arc-Flashover Resistor
Integrated auxiliary test equipment for power transformers, instrument transformers and HV switchgear, comprising the artificial neutral point and arc-flashover resistor. The artificial neutral point is used for zero-sequence voltage and current tests as well as PT zero-sequence characteristic verification; the arc-flashover resistor is used for internal arc fault tests of HV switchgear and arc-flash simulation per IEC 62271-200. Adjustable parameters, reliable insulation, compact structure. Compliant with DL/T, IEC 60076 and IEC 62271 standards.
Product Overview
The Artificial Neutral Point & Arc-Flashover Resistor is a key auxiliary device for power transformer, instrument transformer and HV switchgear testing. The artificial neutral point simulates a neutral point in three-phase systems and provides a zero-sequence path for zero-sequence voltage, zero-sequence current and PT zero-sequence tests. The arc-flashover resistor simulates arc flash and limits arc current during internal arc fault tests of HV switchgear.
Main Applications
- Zero-sequence voltage tests for voltage transformers (PT)
- Zero-sequence impedance and current measurement of transformers
- Ground fault simulation and zero-sequence protection verification
- Internal arc fault tests of HV switchgear (IEC 62271-200)
- Arc flash simulation and current limitation verification for switchgear
Technical Features
Modular design: artificial neutral point and arc-flashover resistor can be configured independently or in combination
